The Kemmy Business School (KBS) at the University of Limerick is a young, dynamic and innovative business school with a reputation for providing a first class business education.
The Kemmy Business School prepares graduates for successful and rewarding careers in business management and related professions. With almost 100 faculty and staff, the Kemmy Business School is one of the largest in Ireland. In 2008 the School’s moved to the new state-of-the-art Kemmy Business School building following the completion of the €22.5 m. capital investment in the integrated KBS buildings on the city end of the UL campus.
The KBS facilities are second to none and include a simulated Wall Street style Trading Room – the first such dedicated facility in any Irish university – executive-style teaching rooms, specialist laboratories for HRM teaching and practice, a Marketing Technology suite, Student Enterprise Centre and a mini-conference centre based around a 350-seat lecture theatre.
The school is academic home to almost 3,000 students and offers a wide range of business and management education programmes both on campus and at external locations throughout Ireland.
