With more than 30 year’s experience in areas including bank and underwriter’s counsel, not-for-profit hospitals, universities, industrial development agencies and units of state and local government, James Normile now concentrates his practice in the area of public finance.
Jim has served as a trustee of the Citizens Budget Commission for the past 10 years and is co-chair of their Recruitment and Retention Committee. He serves as president-general of the American Irish Historical Society and has a long association with the University of Limerick Foundation. Jim holds a Juris Doctor (JD) Degree and a BA from Fordham University and is a member of the New York Bar Association.
