Aongus Hegarty is a renowned leader with over 35 years global experience, notably as Dell Technologies’ President for International Markets, an organisation spanning over 170 countries. An advocate for business innovation, entrepreneurship, sustainability, and gender balance, he co-chairs the Irish government’s Balance for Better Business initiative. Aongus is a founder of Lakeside Capital LTD and serves on the Global Advisory Council for VentureWave Capital and the External Oversight Body for the Irish Defence Forces. He chairs both the Lero Governance Committee and Munster Rugby Commercial Advisory Group. Honoured with a life fellowship by the Irish Management Institute in 2019, Aongus continues to shape business and leadership.
