Colin MacDonald MRICS is founder & CEO of Fine Grain Property. Since returning to Ireland in 2019, he has led the strategic growth of the business, investing over €350 million in high-quality innovation campus workplaces across 16 locations nationwide.
Having graduated with a B.Comm. from UCD in 1989, Colin lived and worked in Asia for 30 years. Following senior leadership roles at HSBC and Far East Organization, he founded Fine Grain Property in Singapore in 2007.
A former President of the Irish Chamber of Commerce Singapore and Ireland Funds Singapore, he brings a global perspective to his work in Ireland, with a focus on building sustainable workplace communities which foster innovation, growth, and long-term economic development.
