Through the ‘Women in Technology’ scholarship program, Intel aims to increase awareness and encourage a new generation of high-achieving women to take up the challenge of a career in science and engineering.
A number of scholarships, which include monetary bursaries in the amount of €3000, will be offered to select students who are pursuing an undergraduate Level 8 Degree in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering.
ELIGIBILITY: The opportunity to apply for a scholarship will be offered to the undergraduate students who are working towards careers in fields related to Intel’s research and technology needs. The scholarship is open to female students who are pursuing a Level 8 Degree in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering in the 2020/2021 academic year. Students can be in their first, second, third or fourth year.
THE AWARDS: A monetary award of €3000 will be made to the successful students. The successful students will also be allocated an Intel mentor who will be available throughout their academic studies.
